Usually, the phone interview is conducted by a human resources person so the questions won’t be very specific. In this case, we suggest focusing on the job skills and on the resume. Also, be prepared to mention a couple of things about the organization and your interest in the position you applied for. Be concise and direct in your answers and give relevant information to show them that you have certain knowledge about the company.
