In fact many a times it is observed as a great hurdle in effective communication, which is a worst situation. It is also said that bad breath is no breath at all! Thus u can learn that how much it is important to give your body a fresh breath every time.

Here are some tricky tips to eradicate bad breath. First of all understand the main causes of bad breath. By and large we understand the bacteria are common cause for this disease. In order to kill those bacteria causing bad breath, first you have to know what they are about. In fact the bacteria that live in your tongue and deep within your gums and cheeks are known as anaerobic bacteria. There are not many places in the teeth for bacteria to accumulate as compared to the tongue. Yes! The basic cause of bad breath is anaerobic bacteria in different parts of mouth. Anaerobic means no oxygen. And they should be removed immediately to prevent bad breath.

Instead of your regular toothpaste, use a herbal toothpaste that contains neem extracts in it. Scientifically known as Azadirachta Indica or Melia Azadirachta, the neem is a semi-evergreen tree whose trunk yields a tenacious gum and seeds yield an aromatic oil. It's the leaves whose extract help keep your breath much longer.

Instead of your regular mouthwash, use a solution of neem dissolved in warm water as an alternative mouthwash. It's more effective, not too harsh on your teeth and gums, and is a natural treatment for daily oral hygiene. Use this natural mouthwash solution 4 times a day.

There are two other kinds of mouthwash you can add to cure bad breath - (a) Boil corriander leaves in water and use the resulting liquid-extract as a mouthwash. (b) Aloe vera mixed with honey and cold water is a good mouthwash for chronic bad breath.

Do not eat too much garlic

Garlic is one food that will leave a strong smell on your mouth after you have eaten it. It will taste much better than it smells. It will be a much better decision if you are going to eat it at later part of the day when you and your group of your friends will be having a garlic meal together. You should try not to eat garlic early in the morning or in the afternoon as the smell will stays in your mouth the whole day and you would not want to embarrass yourself.

Brushing your teeth regularly

This might seems to be the most obvious method that you will use. But do you know the actual causes of the bad breath? The source of the bad breath is the food particles that are left in your teeth. It will be advisable for you to bring along your toothbrush and toothpaste with you when you are outside your home so that you can brush your teeth after a meal. This will greatly reduce the chance of you having bad breath as most of the food particles should be brush out of your mouth and the toothpaste will also help to mask the odor.

Stop Your Fear of Dentists

One way to help stop your fear of dentists is to ask to be "put under" while they drill away. That way, once the anesthetic has started to work, you’ll be unconscious while your dentist does their work. This can work but it’s an extreme solution – one that you should really only consider if you don’t have time to work out any other solution for your dentist phobia.
